The use of a sunscreen standard is essential to validate sunscreen testing procedures and equipment. S1, S2 and P2 SPF sunscreen standards from Solar Light are manufactured in an FDA registered facility according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines to meet FDA and ISO (24443, 24443) formulation standards. Available in 500 gm (16 oz) sizes, an accompanying Certificate of Analysis verifies the physical, chemical and microbiological stability of the formulation, as required by the FDA Monograph on Sunscreens.
