After purchase of your UPF Testing service(s), please follow these instructions for shipment and timely processing:

1. Place a copy of your order receipt in the box with the samples. The order receipts are sent as a PDF attachment to your email after placing an order. If you didn’t receive this for any reason, let us know via the CONTACT US page.
2. Ship the samples well packed and fully insured to us: Solar Light Company, LLC Calibration Lab – 100 East Glenside Avenue, Glenside, PA USA 19038
3. No RMA number required – this is our return process.
