After purchase of your calibration service(s), please follow these instructions for shipment and timely processing:
- Place a copy of your order receipt in the box with the equipment. The order receipts are sent as a PDF attachment to your email after placing an order. If you didn’t receive this for any reason, let us know via the CONTACT US page.
- Ship the equipment well packed and fully insured to us: Solar Light Company, Inc. Calibration Lab – 100 East Glenside Avenue, Glenside, PA USA 19038
- No RMA number required – this is our return process.
