Calibration Service Ordering – Instructions

After purchase of your calibration service(s), please follow these instructions for shipment and timely processing:

  1. Place a copy of your order receipt in the box with the equipment. The order receipts are sent as a PDF attachment to your email after placing an order. If you didn’t receive this for any reason, let us know via the CONTACT US page.
  2. Ship the equipment well packed and fully insured to us: Solar Light Company, Inc. Calibration Lab – 100 East Glenside Avenue, Glenside, PA USA 19038
  3. No RMA number required – this is our return process.
